Is There Such A Team, Or Maybe Not?

Has any current active NFL team yet to lose when playing a regular-season game against the Patriots in Foxboro?

a) Carolina Panthers -- In their only visit to Foxboro, on October 29, 95, Carolina beat the Patriots, 20-17, on a John Kasay 29-yard field goal with 7:52 remaining in overtime. Tha Panthers travel to Gillette Stadium on December 13, 2009, giving the Patriots an opportunity to complete the "victory against every other NFL team at your home field since the 1970 NFL merger" sweep. Currently just over half of the NFL (17 teams; Jets, Bills, Bengals, Steelers, Titans/Oilers, Jaguars, Texans, Raiders, Broncos, Giants, Cowboys, Redskins, Vikings, Falcons, Saints, Buccaneers, Seahawks) own victories in all the other NFL cities.
b) Green Bay Packers (2-3 lifetime in Foxboro against the Patriots)
c) Houston Texans (0-1 lifetime in Foxboro against New England)
d) every active NFL team has lost at least one regular-season game in Foxboro
